Reed Education is currently seeking experienced Cover Supervisors to support a range of secondary schools in Rotherham on a flexible, ad-hoc basis. As a Cover Supervisor, you will be entrusted with maintaining continuity of learning during teacher absences. You will:

• Supervise lessons across multiple subjects and year groups
• Deliver pre-prepared lesson materials and ensure pupils remain engaged
• Uphold school behaviour policies and foster a positive learning environment
• Adapt quickly to different school cultures and classroom dynamics

• A minimum of two years’ experience in a similar educational role
• Educated to degree level or above
• Proven ability to manage behaviour confidently and effectively
• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport swiftly
• A proactive and flexible approach, with the confidence to lead a class independently
