Cover Supervisor to join their team.

• Location: Chester, Cheshire
• Start Date: As soon as possible
• Contract Type: Full-time / Part-time (flexible)
• Salary: £90 – £130 per day (depending on experience)

About the Role:

As a Cover Supervisor, you will play a vital role in maintaining continuity of learning in the absence of teaching staff. You’ll be responsible for delivering pre-set lessons, managing classroom behaviour, and ensuring a positive learning environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise classes across Key Stages 3 and 4 during teacher absences
• Deliver pre-prepared lesson plans and ensure students remain on task
• Manage classroom behaviour in line with school policies
• Provide feedback to teaching staff on student progress and behaviour
• Support the wider school community as needed

What We’re Looking For:

• Previous experience working with young people (e.g. in education, youth work, coaching)
• Strong classroom management skills
• A calm, confident, and professional manner
• A genuine interest in education and student development
• Degree or equivalent qualification is desirable but not essential
