Cover Supervisors - Greenford, Ealing - September Start

Tradewind Recruitment are looking for reliable and confident Cover Supervisors to work on a daily basis in secondary schools in Greenford, Ealing from September 2025. This is a fantastic opportunity for graduates, aspiring teachers, or experienced cover staff looking to gain valuable classroom experience.

As a Cover Supervisor, you will be responsible for delivering pre-prepared lessons to classes in the absence of the regular teacher. You'll ensure a calm, productive learning environment and manage classroom behaviour effectively. This role is ideal for individuals seeking hands-on school experience ahead of a career in teaching or education.

Position Details:

• Location: Greenford, Ealing

• Start Date: September 2025

• Pay: £100 - £120 per day

• Type: Full-time or flexible day-to-day supply

Requirements:

• A degree or equivalent qualification (ideal for graduates)

• Strong classroom presence and behaviour management skills

• Confident communication and the ability to engage with students

• Flexibility, reliability, and a proactive attitude

• Enhanced DBS on the update service (or willingness to apply for one)
