• Delivering pre-prepared lessons to whole classes across KS3 and KS4
• Managing classroom behaviour in line with school policies
• Ensuring students remain on task during lessons
• Responding to questions about the set work using subject knowledge or available resources
• Reporting any behavioural or academic concerns to senior staff
• Supervising students during lesson transitions
• Providing brief feedback to teachers after lessons
• Maintaining a safe and supportive environment for all students
• Following safeguarding protocols and referring concerns appropriately
• Establishing positive relationships with students and staff
