Court of Protection Senior Solicitor/ Legal ExecutiveFull Time | PermanentManchester City CentreAre you a passionate Court of Protection Solicitor, looking to further your career with a high-performing, award winning team?Our client, a Boutique Legal500 Law Firm based in Manchester, is looking to grow its team to welcome a seasoned Grade A or B Court of Protection Senior Solicitor.The firm, which is renowned for its work across Court of Protection, is a leaders across the industry, winning numerous awards for its exceptional legal expertise and client satisfaction.The role:

• You will manage a diverse caseload of Property and Affairs Deputyship matters, on behalf of those affected by birth defects, serious and catastrophic injury and more
• You will collaborate with the wider team across complex, contentious, high-value CoP matters
• You will mentor and supervise Junior Fee Earners within the team
• You will collaborate with the leadership team on running’s of the department

About you:

• You will be a Qualified Solicitor or Legal Executive with at least 5+PQE
• You will have a strong background within Court of Protection, at Grade A or B, managing Property and Affairs Deputyship matters
• You will have strong exposure to complex and high value matters across Court of Protection, including contentious matters
• Ideally, you will have experience of mentoring/supervising a small team of Junior Fee Earners
