An excellent opportunity has arisen for a Private Client solicitor with a background in Court of Protection to join a Top 200 law firm in Southampton.This firm have one of the largest and longest established Court of Protection teams in the country and is well known for its outstanding knowledge and experience, The Cop team cover anything from litigating 'best interests' disputes, trusts and powers of attorney through to property and affairs and welfare deputyships. It acts as professional deputy and trustee on many complex high-value cases and provides support in many personal injury claims.The role will see you join a highly rated partner and in particular you will be tasked with providing clients with expert legal advice and help them with all financial management matters, from planning and investments, to tax returns and accounting. You will be responsible for your own caseload, while also assisting the Partners and senior team members on High Value cases.To be successful you will be between 0 and 5 years PQE and have the drive to succeed within a corporate environment.
