COURIER CUSTOMER SERVICE -KEY ACCOUNTS - Heathrow Personnel : Job Details

We are recruiting for freight forwarding and international courier company based Colnbrook they are seeking a Customer service clerk who is bright confident and keen to progress within the company.

Daily Duties will include:

• Taking clients bookings via online / telephone and emails
• Assisting with queries
• Assist with Receiving and processing the shipment
• Chasing POD's
• Tracking and monitoring shipments
• Creating daily reports
• General AdminWorking Monday to Friday 9.00am-18.00pm
