Country Manager – Europe | High-Growth Consumer Brand | On-Site (UK-Based)

We are partnering with an international business at the intersection of lifestyle, performance, and innovation to appoint a strategic Country Manager for Europe.

This is a senior, on-site leadership role with full commercial ownership across sales, marketing, operations, and brand development. You’ll act as the regional bridge between global HQ and European markets, translating vision into results and building something extraordinary.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Shape and execute regional business strategy to drive revenue and market share
• Lead sales performance and manage key channel partnerships (retail, distribution, e-commerce)
• Localise brand positioning and oversee marketing initiatives tailored to European audiences
• Build relationships with industry stakeholders, federations, and event organisers
• Oversee logistics, compliance, and operational efficiency across multiple territories
• Recruit and lead regional teams or agency partners
• Report regularly to HQ, providing strategic insights and performance updates

Who We’re Looking For

• 7–10 years’ experience in senior commercial or general management roles
• Background in consumer goods, lifestyle brands, or sports marketing
• Proven success launching products or scaling operations in new markets
• Strong network within the European sports or FMCG ecosystem
• Fluent in English; additional European languages welcome
• Entrepreneurial mindset with strategic vision and hands-on execution
• Comfortable in multicultural, fast-paced environments

Location This is a full-time, on-site role based in the UK, with regular travel across European markets.
