Counterbalance Forklift Driver

Location: Gaydon, Warwickshire

Salary: £13.52 per hour, Paid Weekly

Job Type: Full Time, Temp to Perm

Hours: Weekly Rotating Shifts: 6am - 2pm & 2pm - 10pm, Mon - Fri

Are you an experienced Counterbalance Forklift Driver looking for a long-term opportunity with potential for permanent employment? Our client, a well-established business based in Gaydon, is seeking a reliable and skilled individual to join their growing team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate a Counterbalance Forklift Truck (FLT) safely and efficiently
• Load and unload vehicles and move goods around the warehouse
• Ensure goods are stored in the correct locations
• Conduct routine safety checks on forklift equipment
• Support general warehouse duties when required
• Maintain a clean and organised work environment
• Follow all site health & safety procedures

Requirements:

• Valid and in-date Counterbalance FLT licence (RTITB or ITSSAR accredited)
• Recent experience operating a counterbalance forklift (within the last 6–12 months)
• Good understanding of warehouse processes and stock handling
• Ability to work as part of a team and follow instructions
• Excellent attention to detail and awareness of safety
• Reliable, punctual, and committed to long-term work
