The successful candidate will play a key role in leading the Corporate Tax team, managing a diverse portfolio of clients ranging from SMEs to large, complex groups. You will be responsible for providing high-level advisory services, reviewing compliance work, and mentoring more junior team members. The role also offers the opportunity to be involved in business development and contribute to the growth of the department.

• Managing a portfolio of Corporate Tax clients
• Providing tax advisory and planning services to a wide range of businesses
• Reviewing complex tax computations prepared by junior staff
• Leading client meetings and building long-term relationships
• Supporting the development and training of team members
• Assisting with business development and tendering opportunities

• ACA/ACCA and/or CTA qualified
• Must have a minimum of 5 years previous experience working within a UK Practice environment
• Proven experience in a similar Corporate Tax leadership role
• Strong technical knowledge and the ability to provide sound tax advice
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to manage, motivate and lead a team
