The Role:

• Manage client portfolios, including companies and groups.
• Review and oversee tax computations and documents.
• Liaise with HMRC on tax inquiries.
• Provide advisory services on various tax issues such as R&D tax relief, business structuring, and international tax matters.
• Complete EMI and EIS/SEIS documentation.
