We are representing a highly regarded London accounting firm offering an exceptional opportunity for a Tax Manager to join their dynamic team. This role is advisory-led, with approximately 80% of your time dedicated to advisory work, rather than routine compliance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Act as a trusted tax advisor, working directly with partners on complex and high-profile corporate transactions.

• Lead on a variety of advisory projects, including s.110 reconstructions, statutory demergers, and other complex corporate restructuring matters.

• Provide technical guidance and mentoring to junior team members, helping to develop the next generation of tax professionals.

• Manage and strengthen relationships with a diverse portfolio of clients, offering strategic and commercially focused tax advice.

• Collaborate with internal teams to deliver a seamless and high-quality client service.

Candidate Profile:

• CTA-qualified, with additional ACA/ACCA qualification.

• Strong public practice background with demonstrable corporate tax experience.

• Proven track record in handling complex advisory work and client-facing responsibilities.

• Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to inspire and guide junior staff.
