Corporate Tax Manager - Alexander Lloyd : Job Details

They are open to background and you can either be making the first move from practice, have industry experience or both practice trained with some industry exposure looking for that next step.

Duties will include but not be limited too:

• Lead the timely and accurate completion of the Group's Corporation Tax compliance for all entities.
• Prepare year-end tax charges, notes, and calculations for financial statements.
• Act as the liaison with external tax advisors and review their outputs.
• Prepare deferred tax calculations, capital allowances schedules, and manage Group relief claims.
• Calculate quarterly Corporation Tax instalments.
• Support the Group Tax Manager on ad hoc tax projects and HMRC Business Risk Reviews.
• Engage with HMRC and internal stakeholders on tax-related queries and controls.

You will have the following skill set:

• ACA/ACCA/CTA Qualified
• Extensive Corporate Tax exposure
• Work within a Top 20 or larger corporate environment within the CT team.
• Excellent communication skills
• Advanced Excel
• Be able to commute to Epsom 2 days PW.
