The Opportunity:
Join an 100+ strong Corporate Tax team spanning 9 UK offices, working with clients across manufacturing, technology, retail, financial services, hospitality, property, and not-for-profit sectors.
Core Responsibilities:
- Client Portfolio Management: Deliver corporate tax compliance and advisory services to diverse UK and international clients
- Technical Excellence: Handle complex technical issues including capital allowances, R&D tax relief, transfer pricing, and international tax matters
- Advisory Leadership: Identify and deliver advisory opportunities within your client base
- Team Development: Supervise, mentor, and review junior team members
- Project Leadership: Support standalone advisory projects including M&A structuring, transaction support, and due diligence

Essential Qualifications:
