Then please read on..Role Overview:As a Corporate Tax Manager, your primary responsibility will involve managing a portfolio of clients and overseeing junior staff members as needed. This role will actively involve you in special assignments and advisory projects.Key Responsibilities:

• Manage a diverse portfolio including OMBs, SMEs, and larger corporates.
• Handle corporate tax provisioning, compliance, and advisory tasks for your clients.
• Engage in various business tax matters such as ad-hoc advisory, international tax, R&D tax credits, and awareness of VAT and employment tax aspects.
• Opportunity to contribute to transactional and due diligence projects.
• Provide exceptional client service, maintaining regular communication with client teams.

You are likely to be working as a Corporate Tax Manager, or be looking to take a step up into this role, either way you will be able to demonstrate the following:

• Extensive corporate tax experience in either professional or industry settings.
• Strong technical tax expertise, capable of handling complex client work.
• Demonstrated experience in managing both people and client relationships.
• Desire to develop business development skills to contribute to the firm's growth.
• Qualified accountant (ACA/ACCA/CA) and/or tax advisor (CTA).
