Corporate Tax Manager - Rutherford Briant : Job Details

They are looking for a Corporate Tax Manager or Corporate Tax Senior Manager to join their Southern Regional Group - meaning you could be based out of one of their offices in either Peterborough, Bristol, Bournemouth or Hugh Wycombe. Offering a salary in the regions of £53,000 - £73,000 + Bonus + Profit Sharing Plan.As a Corporate Tax Manager or Senior Manager you will support with a broad range of activities including:

• Tax Planning and advisory projects
• Property transactions
• Capital Allowance claims
• R&D Tax
• Cross border transactions
• Structuring acquisitions and disposals
• Group re-organisations, due diligence and structuring equity incentives

To be a successful Corporate Tax Manager or Corporate Tax Senior Manager you will have experience of:

• Recent practical experience of running a corporate tax portfolio, and providing tax advice to owner-managed businesses
• Have a detailed and up to date working knowledge of corporate tax issues
• Have experience of managing a team and organising the delivery of tax work
• Be able to look at the tax issues of private companies both from the point of view of the company structure, and that of their owners.
