Overview:A leading firm in Glasgow is seeking a talented and commercially astute Solicitor to join its Corporate division. This is a fantastic opportunity to work on a diverse portfolio of corporate and commercial matters, including M&A, private equity, joint ventures, restructuring and finance-related transactions.

Role Requirements:Experience:

• Minimum of 3yrs PQE in corporate law
• Proven track record in handling corporate transactions and drafting legal documentation
• Familiarity with commercial contracts, corporate governance, and restructuring
• Exposure to banking and finance matters is a plus
