Corporate Sales Manager - Reed : Job Details

Field-Based | £50,000 – £60,000 Base + OTE £75,000+ | Company Car + Benefits

A fast-growing automotive brand is seeking a Corporate Sales Specialist to support its ambitious UK expansion. With a strong dealer network and a pipeline of exciting new model launches, this is a unique opportunity to join a dynamic team driving innovation in mobility.

Reporting to the National Corporate Sales Manager, you’ll be responsible for identifying and converting new corporate customer relationships across the Corporate, Salary Sacrifice, and Public Sector channels. Covering a large territory primarily in the South of England, you’ll engage mid-sized to large SMEs and public sector organisations, helping to grow the brand’s footprint nationally.

• Drive unit sales and margin contribution across your territory.
• Engage with corporate entities to convert leads into long-term customers.
• Collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure seamless lead progression and CRM tracking.
• Support pricing strategy and ensure clients are informed of current offerings.
• Represent the brand at corporate sales events and client-specific activities.
• Maintain strong relationships with clients and the dealer network.
• Provide feedback from the field to help shape future strategy.

• Minimum 1 year in corporate sales or B2B account management within the automotive sector.
• Strong communication and presentation skills, including experience with senior stakeholders.
• Proven track record of meeting sales targets.
• CRM proficiency and attention to detail.
• A proactive, self-starting attitude and willingness to travel nationally.
• Full UK driving licence.

• £50,000 – £60,000 base salary
