Our client, a high-end finance establishment, is seeking a Corporate Receptionist to join them on a permanent basis.
As the first point of contact for clients and visitors, you will play a crucial role in representing the company’s image. Professionalism, discretion, and excellent interpersonal skills are essential in this high-profile role.
Key Responsibilities:
Greet and welcome visitors, ensuring a professional and friendly first impression
Answer and direct incoming phone calls and emails
Manage meeting room bookings and coordinate appointments
Provide administrative support to internal teams as needed
Maintain a tidy and well-organised reception area
Key Skills & Experience:
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel) and general office systems
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Exceptional attention to detail
Ability to multitask and manage competing priorities in a fast-paced setting
