Known for their warm culture and professional excellence, the business values personality just as much as experience. This is a key front of house role where you’ll be the face of the company. What You’ll Do:
- Act as the first point of contact for all visitors, providing a warm and professional welcome
- Manage a busy switchboard and take accurate messages
- Book and manage 13 meeting rooms using Outlook
- Coordinate and set up meetings with refreshments and catering
- Perform hourly checks on meeting rooms to ensure cleanliness and readiness
- Ad hoc administrative duties
- Order and maintain stock of office supplies, milk, fruit, tea, and coffee
- Manage post handling and IT logging
- Help plan and support monthly staff socials and events
- Maintain clear communication with all internal teams and uphold office standards
Who You Are:
- A friendly, approachable and confident individual who takes pride in their appearance and presentation

- Strong communicator, both written and verbal
- Organised and reliable, with great attention to detail
- Confident using Outlook, Zoom, Teams, and other Microsoft Office packages
- A true team player, happy to support colleagues and contribute to a positive office environment
- Ideally has experience in a receptionist or busy customer facing role
- Able to multitask and prioritise effectively in a fast paced setting
