EXCITING OPPORTUNITIES FOR CORPORATE RECEPTIONISTS! Temp / Perm / Temp-Perm
We are working with a number of corporate clients throughout London who are looking for immediately available receptionists to join them!
DUTIES:
- To provide a warm welcome to all clients and guests upon arrival
- To ensure visitor and client arrivals are communicated to the relevant people promptly
- To ensure the client is escorted to the meeting rooms in a timely fashion
- Set up meeting rooms as requested and help with teas, coffees, waters and snacks
- Arrange for any breakfasts/lunches/dinners ahead of meetings
- To handle all incoming calls and enquiries
- Booking couriers and taxis when required
- Carry out regular checks on meeting rooms and to ensure the correct set up of furniture and technology
- Ensure that the Reception and Meeting areas are maintained to a high standard
- To ensure the Reception is covered when other team members are absent
- Any other duties that are requested by the Reception Supervisor or Head of Facilities
WHATS NEEDED:
- Previous reception/host experience
- Warm and friendly personality
- Someone who is happy to go the extra mile
- Calm and level headed
- IT literate with MS Packages
- Self starter who can think on their feet
