Paralegal – Corporate Law

An excellent opportunity has arisen for a Paralegal to join a busy Corporate department in Derby. This role offers you the chance to work alongside a highly experienced team, supporting on case files and engaging with a diverse client base across a full range of corporate matters.

The Role

As a Corporate Paralegal, you will:

• Provide vital support on corporate transactions and case files
• Assist with drafting, research and client communications
• Work in a demanding and fast-paced team environment
• Contribute to business development initiatives where required

About You

• Hard-working, organised and reliable approach
• Strong communication and drafting skills
• Proficient IT skills, including MS Office and case management systems
• Ability to manage a busy workload to tight deadlines
• Team-focused but also capable of working independently after training
• Previous experience in corporate law is desirable
• Evidence of legal studies (eg LPC, SQE, CILEx) is advantageous
