Corporate Paralegal
Market leading US law firm is looking for a Corporate Paralegal to join their innovative team, dealing with matters related to the aviation, shipping & container, rail, and space and satellite industries. Candidates will need solid experience and understanding of working on transactional matters. This will be a permanent role based in the firms stunning London office.
- Salary to £45,000
- Hybrid working (3 days in office / 2 remote)

The role will require the successful candidate to assist Partners and Associates of the Firm in a range of transactional support, dealing with document preparation, coordination, research and more all while with limited supervision.
Corporate Paralegal Key Responsibilities:
- Assist with drafting, reviewing, preparing, and managing transaction documents, including prepare and distribute signature packs
- Assist in the preparation of closing documents and closing checklists
- Coordinate with internal and external parties, including clients, attorneys, financial institutions, and regulatory bodies, to ensure smooth execution of transactions
- Coordinate with clients and other stakeholders to ensure compliance with filing and reporting requirements
- Organise due diligence documents/databases
- Prepare and track client communications and engagement documentation
- Proactively maintain client communication throughout ongoing deals
- Conduct legal research
- Collaborate on the upkeeping on TSG’ knowledge management systems, databases, and templates
- Assist with due diligence processes by gathering, reviewing, and organising documents for transactions
Corporate Paralegal Key Skills & Requirements:
- At least 1-2 years’ experience in a Corporate Legal Department (aviation experience preferred)
- 2:1 degree (or equivalent)
- Understand online resources such as Westlaw, LexisNexis as well as other outlets to perform research and present findings
- Good understanding of Law Firm client matter lifecycle processes, from matter inception through to billing
- Excellent transactional knowledge
