Role Requirements:

Experience:

• Qualified solicitor with experience in corporate law
• Familiarity with corporate transaction documents, styles and precedents
• Experience with document automation tools is highly desirable

Skills:

• Excellent drafting and communication skills
• Project management mindset with attention to detail
• Comfortable working across teams and engaging with stakeholders at all levels
