Corporate Commercial Solicitor

5+PQE

My client is looking for an incredibly diligent Corporate Commercial solicitor with at least 5 years PQE with experience in corporate law, with excellent academics (ideally 2:1). You will be joining a firm that is highly regarded and has a well-established reputation along with broad experience across the entire sector.

The team acts for a wide range of businesses, including large established companies, professional and creative partnerships, and entrepreneurs and start-ups involved in a variety of sectors. They have particular expertise in technology start-ups and corporate real estate, but previous experience in those areas is not essential.

The ideal candidate has to be used to working - and thinking - independently. You enjoy working as a team with colleagues and clients alike. You will be happy taking on new instructions, working independently and helping to "shape" the course and structure of a matter, rather than always working from a pre-agreed term sheet. You will need to be actively engaged in business development, and keen to help us attract new clients and grow the team.

The role offers a generous bonus structure with a positive outlook on flexible working.

This is, of course, only one opportunity I am working on, I would be happy to detail both this as well as others over a brief, initial chat. I am presently working on roles for Family Solicitors, Private Client Solicitor and some Residential roles.
