Job Type: Full-time, permanent position, hybrid

Office location: Cheltenham or Bristol

Role and Responsibilities:

• Manage due diligence projects and teams to prepare a quality client deliverable e.g., report,within agreed timescales, to aid their decision making
• Support with identifying and quantifying potential risk areas that may need to be addressed as part of the deal structure
• Support junior team members, helping them with technical aspects and aiding theirdevelopment
• Interpret and analyse financial and operational information including historical and projected trading, cash flow and balance sheets
• Support with identifying and reporting key issues which may affect transaction value

Requirements:

• ACA/ACCA qualified
• You have previous experience in Transaction Support /Advisory work
• You have outstanding communication skills and the ability to build rapport and a network ofcontacts
• You have managerial/assistant managerial experience, including developing team members
