Corporate Controller - Butler Rose : Job Details

Butler Rose is delighted to be partnering with a global market leader in their sector in the search for a talented Corporate Controller to join their team in Wantage. This permanent, office-based position will see the Controller take ownership of the financial activities of the EMEA corporate entities. With responsibility for managing a team of three, the role will cover a wide remit including: * Preparation of UK GAAP statutory accounts for multiple legal entities. * Monthly US GAAP reporting and detailed variance analysis. * Budgeting and forecasting in line with group requirements. * Transfer pricing documentation and corporate recharges. * Audit coordination (internal and external). * Balance sheet reconciliations, accruals, and prepayments. * VAT returns and adherence to strict SOX compliance controls. What We're Looking For* Qualified accountant (ACCA/CIMA) * Solid experience within a finance function, including statutory accounts preparation under UK GAAP. * Strong technical accounting knowledge with attention to detail. * Experience managing and developing a small team. * Confident communicator able to work effectively across a diverse cultural environment. * ERP systems experience (SAP desirable) and strong Excel skills.
