The Role:

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Corporate & Commercial Solicitor to join the firm’s expanding business law team. The successful candidate will handle a broad range of corporate and commercial matters including:

• Mergers and acquisitions
• Shareholder agreements and joint ventures
• Commercial contracts and terms of business
• Corporate restructuring and governance
• Business start-ups and SME advisory
• Data protection and intellectual property matters

You’ll be expected to manage your own caseload, provide strategic legal advice to clients, and contribute to the firm’s business development efforts.

The Candidate:

We are seeking a qualified solicitor (ideally 3+ years PQE) with solid experience in corporate and commercial law. The ideal candidate will demonstrate:

• Strong technical knowledge and commercial awareness
• Excellent communication and client relationship skills
• Ability to manage complex transactions independently
• A proactive and solution-focused approach
• Familiarity with legal software and general IT proficiency

Salary: £60,000 – £85,000 DOELocation: SwindonWorking Arrangement: Office-based with flexibility available
