The ideal candidate will possess a blend of corporate and commercial expertise, with an understanding of technology and data protection laws being highly desirable. This role is pivotal in servicing their commercial clients, offering straightforward corporate solutions without the need for a large, metropolitan firm. Key Responsibilities:

• Drafting and negotiating commercial contracts.
• Handling corporate matters including M&A transactions and corporate governance.
• Providing expert advice on technology and data protection issues.
• Understanding the dynamics between major corporations like Google/Microsoft and end-users, ensuring a balanced approach to legal solutions.

 Requirements:

• Qualified solicitor with significant experience in corporate and commercial law.
• Proficiency in technology and data protection laws preferred.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
