Job Description:Job Title Corporate Bank Securities Services - Business Product Manager Location London Corporate Title Director Deutsche Bank operates one of the world's primary domestic custody franchises offering financial institutions and corporate clients a comprehensive range of core services, including custody and clearing and fund administration services. Securities Services is looking for a candidate who understands these products in depth yet can speak in the language of business outcomes for clients, and work directly with business, operations and technology to deliver client products and solutions, with a primary focus in Europe, Middle East and the United Kingdom (UK) region. You will form and integral part of a globally integrated team, although the primary focus will be on EMEA and UK covering the full suite of Securities Services products in the region. This role requires working towards demanding deadlines imposed internally or by regulators and may require travel, sometimes at short notice. You should have good product knowledge, execution capabilities and management skills to delivery of the product and growth roadmap in the region and should be qualified to opine on complex customer solutions, taking into account the latest developments in digital and data platforms. Your key responsibilities
  • Driving product development and enhancements within Securities Services
  • Providing expertise and product knowledge as a product expert within an agile delivery framework
  • Providing requirements to delivery teams to construct new and updated securities services products
  • Pro-active risk and issue management, identifying critical risks or issues, ensuring mitigation actions in conjunction with the assigned project / program managers
Your skills and experience
  • Prior and extensive knowledge of the securities custody and clearing business with previous experience in a securities services business of a domestic or global custodian
  • Proven track record of delivery, technical know-how and effective stakeholder management
  • Highly motivated to deliver with a passion to perform
  • Client facing and able to provide detailed presentations to large and small audiences
  • Able to communicate at all levels of an organisation
  • An agile thinker, able to listen to guide and support the product management team in creating solutions
