Profile Criteria:

Responsibilities:

• First reviewer of management accounts prepared for parent company and regulated entity
• Preparing monthly reporting pack for the regulated entity
• Assisting in the annual budget process
• Managing accounts payable and overseeing payment approvals
• Calculating quarterly management fees for the various funds and liaising with Fund Accountants
• Calculating annual monitoring fees
• Liaising with deal teams on sales invoices relating to the funds and payments thereof
• Leading the year-end corporate audit
• Preparation and submission of annual financial statements and Companies House filings for 40+ entities
• Assisting the annual UK tax reporting process, including corporation tax, group tax relief and partnership tax for relevant partnerships
• Review and submission of quarterly VAT returns
• Preparing FCA returns for parent company and regulated company
• Management, mentoring and development of two direct reports
• Working closely with the support teams and the office manager to monitor and maintain/reduce costs throughout the business
• Involvement in various ad hoc projects for the Finance team and business
