This is a fast-paced role where no two days are the same, giving you exposure to complex commercial risks and the opportunity to work alongside a supportive, expert team.Your responsibilities will include:

• Servicing a portfolio of corporate clients across a range of commercial policies.
• Managing renewals, mid-term adjustments, and general account handling queries.
• Working closely with Account Executives to ensure exceptional client outcomes.
• Using Acturis to maintain records and process documentation.
• Supporting office performance targets linked to retention, compliance, cross-sales, and premium credit.

What We’re Looking For

• An experienced Commercial/Corporate Account Handler, confident handling large, high-value clients.
• A strong communicator who can multitask and manage competing priorities effectively.
• Excellent attention to detail and the ability to work in a team-driven, office-based environment.
• Experience using Acturis would be advantageous.
