What you'll do as Corporate Account Handler:

  • Support a varied portfolio of corporate insurance clients from across the UK commercial and professional sectors
  • Handle day-to-day servicing, renewals, adjustments and queries with accuracy and attention to detail
  • Prepare and issue insurance policy documents, ensuring compliance and clarity for clients
  • Work closely with insurers, broking colleagues and other teams to deliver practical solutions
  • Maintain accurate client records and use modern systems to track activity
  • Build trusted relationships with clients, contributing to high service standards and retention

What you'll bring:

  • Experience as commercial or corporate account handler
  • Attention to detail and confidence working directly with clients and insurers
  • Ability to use technology and systems as part of your daily work
  • A professional, collaborative approach and an interest in ongoing development
