We are looking for an experienced corporate account executive to join their team in Watford/City. This is a hybrid role, requiring three days in the office/visiting clients per week. The expectation is that Wednesday is a core office day, with the time then spent visiting clients and attending events.

The primary goal of this position is to support the Corporate Division in exceeding targets by retaining their existing client base and developing new business.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Providing a comprehensive insurance service to both new and existing customers.
  • Demonstrating excellent product knowledge to build client confidence.
  • Generating new leads and identifying cross-selling opportunities.
  • Working closely with business developers and attending client meetings at all levels.
  • Utilising your strong sales and negotiation skills to grow revenue.

What we're looking for:

We are seeking a seasoned and driven Corporate Account Executive who is ready to take their career to the next level. We need a professional with a minimum of five years of corporate client experience, handling accounts with a premium spend of at least £10K. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment, can expertly manage multiple priorities, and has a proven track record of success.

You'll need a comprehensive technical knowledge of all business classes and a deep understanding of policy terms and conditions. Your exceptional communication, sales, and negotiation skills will be key to your success. We are looking for a candidate with strong business acumen, a knack for analysing information, and a keen eye for detail. Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel is also essential.

While not mandatory, we would love to hear from candidates who are Cert CII qualified and have experience working within budgets. We value a solid educational background and welcome those with an A-Level equivalent or relevant experience.
