  • Location: Water Recycling Services, Asset Maintenance Performance (AMP) Stream
  • Salary: £13.44 per hour 
  • Duration: Temporary for 12 weeks with possibility of extension or permanent contract. 

We are seeking a dedicated Contracts Coordinator to join our client's Service Contracts Team. This role involves administering and monitoring the performance of regional and local contracts to ensure optimal service delivery. This includes work scheduling, performance monitoring against contractual KPIs, financial programming, expenditure forecasting, and remedial works identification, scheduling, and delivery.

Day-to-day of the role:

  • Coordinate local and regional contracts in line with contractual and procurement procedures.
  • Prepare annual and detailed service schedules and forecast expenditure profiles.
  • Liaise with Tactical Planning to ensure timely scheduling of Works Technicians for contractor access.
  • Monitor and record day-to-day movements of service contractors and resolve any issues with contract delivery.
  • Assess contractor’s H&S, Environmental, and Personnel information to ensure safe and compliant work delivery.
  • Monitor and report on contractor performance against contract requirements and KPIs.
  • Prepare SAP Requisitions, verify invoices against work delivery reports, and manage SAP service entries.
  • Assist in the review and preparation of new tenders and contract negotiations.
  • Communicate proactively with operational teams regarding service and remedial work delivery.
  • Develop best practice contract management procedures and provide performance (KPI) and finance data and reports.
  • Maintain awareness of and contribute to regulatory compliance in relation to contract performance.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Excellent data management and IT skills.
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a matrix environment.
  • Ability to interpret and implement procedures.
