Co-ordinatorLocation: Eastleigh/ Hybrid workingThis is a temporary contract for 8 to 12 months Salary: £27000pro rataWorking Hours: 37.5 hours per week Dynamite recruitment is working in partnership with a well-established organisation who are UK based. Due to ongoing projects we are looking to recruit a proactive and highly organised Co-ordinator to join and assist the projects team. In this vital role, you'll support the delivery of energy efficiency projects and other asset-related works, including telecoms initiatives. You will provide full administrative and project coordination support to ensure the timely, compliant, and efficient execution of a variety of asset improvement projects. If you're detail-oriented, customer-focused, and enjoy working in a collaborative environment, this role could be a great fit. As a Coordinator you will be responsible for:
  • Support Surveyors with project administration, ensuring timely and effective communication with both customers and contractors.
  • Coordinate and schedule surveys and site visits, ensuring all relevant property and customer information is accurately maintained.
  • Maintain up-to-date records using internal systems and ensure the accuracy of  raising jobs to be completed, Instillations and data entry.
  • Ensure compliance is met through accurate and timely documentation.
  • Raise purchase orders, monitor invoices, and ensure smooth financial processing.
  • Provide contractors with required documentation (e.g. asbestos reports) for each property.
  • Organise and attend site events and community engagement sessions on site
  • Maintain and update asset data and Energy Performance Certificate (EPC) information following completion of works.
  • Submit applications for approval of instillations.
  • Monitor the team in boxes and CRMs, providing timely responses.
  • Completing report.
  • Liaise with external providers via email and on the telephone.
  • Support team-wide communication, efficiency, and continuous improvement initiatives.

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to engage effectively with a range of stakeholders.
  • Confident using Microsoft Office (especially Excel)
  • A collaborative team player who can also work independently and manage their own workload.
  • A self-motivated, solution-focused approach with a customer-first mindset.
  • Analytical skills to interpret data and support project planning.
  • Full UK driving licence and access to transport (or ability to travel as required).
  • Someone how is happy to support on a contract basis to start ASAP
