Conveyancing Team Manager – Central London | Hybrid | Up to £65,000 + BonusA leading, forward-thinking conveyancing business is seeking a Conveyancing Team Manager to lead, support and develop a team of Property Lawyers based in central London.The Role You’ll be responsible for the day-to-day management of the team, ensuring smooth operations, high performance, and a positive working culture. This role suits someone who enjoys coaching, driving change, and leading by example in a collaborative and professional environment.Key responsibilities include:

• Leading, coaching, and developing a team of conveyancers.
• Sharing expert legal knowledge to guide best practices.
• Managing workloads, performance, and quality standards.
• Handling escalations and building strong relationships with clients and third parties.
• Supporting compliance, operational efficiency, and training needs.
• Playing a key role in recruitment, PDPs, and regular team reviews.

The Ideal Candidate:

• Previous experience in residential conveyancing.
• Proven background in people management.
• Passion for mentoring, team development, and process improvement.
• Strong communication and organisational skills.
