Description
- Manage a caseload of residential transactions from start to finish.
- Prepare and review contracts, leases, and other legal documents.
- Conduct property searches and liaise with clients, solicitors, and third parties.
- Provide clear and accurate advice to clients regarding property law matters.
- Ensure all transactions comply with current legal and regulatory requirements.
- Maintain and develop strong relationships with clients and referrers.
- Assist in the development and improvement of internal processes and procedures.
- Contribute to team meetings and participate in knowledge-sharing initiatives.
Profile
A successful Conveyancing Solicitor should have:
- Proven expertise in residential and commercial property transactions.
