Conveyancing Fee Earner / SolicitorLocation: BlackburnSalary: Competitive, Dependent on Experience A well-established and rapidly growing law firm based in Blackburn is seeking a skilled and motivated Conveyancing Fee Earner or Solicitor to join its busy residential conveyancing department. This is an exciting opportunity to work within a supportive and modern environment, managing a varied caseload and contributing to the ongoing success of the team.  The Role:

• Managing a full caseload of residential property matters from instruction through to completion.
• Handling a broad range of transactions, including:
  • Freehold and leasehold sales and purchases.
  • Transfers of equity.
  • Re-mortgages.
  • Shared ownership matters.
  • New build transactions.
• Liaising with clients, estate agents, lenders, and other solicitors.
• Ensuring compliance with all regulatory and legal requirements.
• Supervising and supporting junior members of staff where appropriate.

  What We’re Looking For:

• A qualified Solicitor, Licensed Conveyancer, or experienced Fee Earner with at least 2 years’ experience managing your own conveyancing caseload.
• Strong technical knowledge of the residential conveyancing process from start to finish.
• Excellent client care skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with clients and third parties.
• Highly organised with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage competing priorities.
• Proficient in case management systems and digital workflows.
• A proactive and client-focused individual who can work both independently and as part of a team.
