You'll be working on exciting projects across the residential property spectrum, with particular focus on new build purchases and development work.Essential Requirements for the Conveyancing Solicitor role:

• Qualified solicitor with at least 1 Years’ PQE in residential property matters
• Proven experience in new build property transactions is essential
• Strong technical knowledge of residential conveyancing
• Excellent client care and communication skills
• Ability to manage a busy caseload efficiently

Conveyancing Solicitor - Desirable Skills:

• Experience working with overseas buyer clients
• Multi-lingual capabilities (advantageous)
• Knowledge of development and off-plan sales processes
