Role Overview

As a Conveyancing Solicitor, you will manage a diverse caseload of residential and commercial transactions, delivering expert legal advice and exceptional service to a varied client base. You will work across a broad spectrum of property matters, including high-value and complex cases, with opportunities to collaborate with colleagues in corporate recovery and litigation.

Key Responsibilities
  • Advise clients on all aspects of residential and commercial conveyancing
  • Draft, negotiate, and review legal documentation for complex and high-value transactions
  • Represent clients in property negotiations and disputes
  • Manage caseload efficiently while meeting deadlines and compliance requirements
  • Provide legal support across a range of sectors, including developments, hotels, mixed-use and residential portfolios
  • Liaise with clients, agents, lenders, and insolvency professionals
  • Collaborate with other departments to deliver integrated legal services
  • Stay up to date with relevant legal and regulatory developments
Candidate Profile
  • Qualified solicitor with a background in conveyancing law
  • Experience handling distressed property transactions and sales via insolvency practitioners is advantageous but not essential
  • Strong analytical, drafting, and negotiation skills
  • Excellent client care and communication abilities
  • Capable of managing a varied and sometimes high-pressure caseload
  • Forward-thinking with a desire to innovate and grow professionally
