An established, well-regarded law firm in Central London is seeking an experienced Residential Property Solicitor to join their team.This is a fantastic opportunity for a solicitor with a strong background in residential conveyancing who is looking to take the next step in their career in a firm known for its loyal client base, high-quality work, and friendly, supportive team culture.The Role:You’ll manage your own caseload of residential conveyancing matters from instruction to completion, including:

• Freehold and leasehold sales and purchases
• Transfers of equity
• Remortgages
• New build and shared ownership transactions

Requirements:

• Qualified Solicitor (NQ plus)
• Solid experience running your own caseload of residential property matters
• Excellent communication and client care skills
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a close-knit team
