About the Role:

We are seeking a skilled Locum Conveyancing Solicitor to join a reputable firm based in Greater Manchester. This is a full-time temporary position for two months, covering a period of holiday. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in conveyancing and be able to manage a busy caseload efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle a variety of residential conveyancing matters from inception to completion.
• Liaise with clients, estate agents, and other parties involved in the conveyancing process.
• Ensure all transactions are completed in a timely manner.
• Provide high-quality legal advice and maintain excellent client relationships.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in conveyancing, ideally within a similar locum role.
• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
