- Audio typing and producing correspondence, legal documents and reports
- Organising, filing and maintaining accurate records
- Taking calls and handling client and third-party enquiries professionally
What We’re Looking For
- Experience as a Conveyancing Legal Secretary or in a similar Conveyancing capacity
- Strong typing skills and great attention to detail
- Clear, confident communication – both written and verbal
- The ability to manage your workload and priorities effectively
- A professional and approachable manner with clients
