Sacco Mann is excited to present an excellent opportunity for a motivated Residential Conveyancing Paralegal to join a highly regarded Residential Conveyancing department at a well known Sheffield firm. With a history spanning over 200 years, this multi-accredited firm are recognised as one of the leading practices in Sheffield.

The successful candidate will support fee earners across a broad range of residential property transactions, handling client enquiries, providing regular updates, and taking instructions to ensure smooth and efficient proceedings. You will manage and progress transactions under supervision, preparing correspondence, forms, documents, and facilitating key processes such as the exchange of contracts and the drafting of financial statements, SDLT submissions, and certificates for title for advance funds. • Minimum of two years’ experience in a similar conveyancing role
• Good understanding and knowledge of residential conveyancing procedures
• Proficient in preparing correspondence, forms, and documents in line with instructions
• Experience in managing and progressing transactions under supervision
• Strong client care and communication skills
• Ability to liaise professionally with clients, estate agents, financial advisers, mortgage lenders, and other legal parties
• Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail
