Residential Conveyancing Paralegal - Liverpool City CentreA bespoke private practice in Liverpool city centre is seeking an experienced Residential Conveyancing Paralegal to join its team.The successful candidate will have a minimum of 12 months' experience assisting on transactions from start to finish, ideally with exposure to complex leasehold work. This position offers the chance to work closely within a small team, supporting one fee earner and an assistant, while also managing a small caseload independently.Requirements:
- Minimum 12 months' conveyancing experience
- Leasehold experience desirable
- Strong attention to detail and excellent client care skills
- Enthusiasm to grow and develop within a close-knit team
Key Duties:
- Liaising with clients, estate agents and other parties to the transaction
- Preparing and reviewing search packs
- Drafting and reviewing preliminary freehold enquiries
- Handling exchange of contracts
- Preparing completion statements
- Submitting Land Registry applications
- Managing Land Registry requisitions
