Conveyancing Paralegal - Reed : Job Details

Are you an experienced Residential Property Paralegal looking to work for a Legal 500 law firm? 

Our client are an established Legal 500 law firm looking for a Residential Property Paralegal to join its busy and supportive team in the City of London.

This is a fantastic opportunity for a career paralegal with solid residential conveyancing experience looking to work in a dynamic and client-focused environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Supporting residential property transactions including freehold, leasehold, new builds, remortgages, transfers of equity, and lease extensions
• Completing SDLT returns
• Submitting Companies House filings
• Preparing and submitting Land Registry applications and responding to requisitions
• Managing leasehold post-completion formalities
• Assisting fee earners with exchange and completion processes
• Opening and closing files, including AML compliance
• Liaising with clients, agents, and solicitors

About You

• Minimum 2 years’ experience as a property paralegal
• Strong understanding of residential conveyancing procedures
• Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills
• Confident communicator with a proactive and professional approach
• Able to manage a busy workload and meet deadlines
