What You’ll Be Doing:
- Managing Property Transactions - Handling sales, purchases, and remortgages efficiently
- Drafting & Reviewing Legal Documents - Ensuring accuracy and compliance
- Due Diligence & Risk Assessment - Investigating titles, legal issues, and fraud risks
- Client & Stakeholder Communication - Keeping clients, solicitors, and estate agents informed
- Financial Transactions - Overseeing secure fund transfers
- Land Registry & Compliance - Submitting registrations and staying up to date with legal changes
- Post-Completion Work - Managing stamp duty submissions and closing files
