up to £26,000 per annum (negotiable commensurate with experience)

We have a new opportunity for an experienced Conveyancing Paralegal to provide support to a busy residential property department of a very well-established, multi office, Legal 500 recognised law firm at their lovely office in Warwick. 

The role will involve:

• Supporting a busy residential property team with all aspects of the conveyancing process
• File opening, closing and registrations
• Preparing correspondence and legal documents 
• Using the land registry portal
• Liaising with clients in person, via email and via telephone
• Using a legal case management system
• Ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements e.g., CML, CQS, SRA and anti-money laundering

 Suitable candidates will have:

• Sound working knowledge of MS Word, Excel and Outlook
• Previous experience working as a residential conveyancing  paralegal or legal assistant for an SRA regulated firm
• Experience of using a legal case management system
• Experience of using the land registry portal
• An understanding of compliance and regulatory requirements including CML, CQS, SRA and anti-money laundering

This is a full-time permanent job working 9am to 5.15pm  Monday to Friday. The role is fully office-based and is offered with a range of benefits including:
