Conveyancing Paralegal - TRI Consulting : Job Details

A well established law firm in London is currently looking for a Conveyancing Paralegal on a permanent basis.

Key responsibilities are as follows

• Freehold and Leasehold sales and purchases
• Re- Mortgages and re-finances including properties in companies.
• New Build purchases (useful to have HTB experience but not necessary)
• Buy to Let (including Company) purchases and re-finances
• Registration including companies house and Land Registry
• Drafting and Filing of SDLT Returns
• Experience in drafting reports on title and reports on mortgage
• Dealing with replies to pre-contract enquiries
• Drafting lender standard documents (e.g. mortgage deeds/guarantees)

For the right candidate they will also offer a training contract

Essential requirements

Must have a background within Conveyancing for at least 2-3 years

Ideally have solid knowledge of Leasehold

Preferable you have experience in Bridging but not essential

Excellent communicator
